Turnberry Lighthouse HDR Panorama

HDR Panorama of the lighthouse at Turnberry, Ayrshire, Scotland. It sits on the edge of the world famous Turnberry golf course. Heavy storm clouds add to the moody look of the image. Edited as a 16 bit ProPhoto Tiff in Lightroom and Color Efex Pro. Velvia conversion for impact. Some grain.

This was the first time I’ve tried out the Promote® Control. It’s an awesome tool and really helps speed up shooting HDR’s giving better results. I’ll try and do a small review on the system soon.

Here’s a few shots of the Gateshead Millennium Bridge at dusk I took earlier this year, I’ve just got around to uploading for sale on iStock now. They’re taken from the Gateshead side of the River Tyne, and include the Millennium Bridge and parts of the Newcastle Quayside.
